Dear Archbishop,

Happy Birthday and many more returns of the day! May you be given enough strength and stamina to pasture His people in the church of Trivandrum.

An amount of $7.000,00 for “construction of a multipurpose hall at Malamukal” [Prot. n. 1896/13/M13] was assigned from the Universal Solidarity Fund of the Pontifical Mission Society for the Propagation of the Faith, according to its letter of August 2013. Thank you so much for the same, besides other assistances at various stages.

A Project Report (final), as required by the Society is submitted along with few photos of the hall showing that it is complete.

As the archdiocesan procurator informed us of the receipt of the amount, you may kindly direct the persons concerned to disburse the amount so that we can pay back the amounts taken as loan, some for interest too. If any more formalities are to be fulfilled still, we will only be happy to comply with.
